Need Your Prayer

February 16, 2012

“Ya Allah. Please make him ease to manage his matters wisely. Ameen.”

I have a friend. Who always make me laugh. Who always make me smile. Who always make me believe to myself.

He is at the junction to choose. Both are his future.

“Ya Allah, please make ease for him to manage all the matters. Give him strength, give him happiness. Ameen.”

Wonders of Allah’s Creation: Snowflakes

January 24, 2012

If you live in a region where snowfall is common, snowflakes are nothing new, but have you ever wondered what they looked like up close? If so, look no further than this amazing macro photograph.

How amazing Allah has created the snow. Yes, it is beautiful enough, but did you know that like our thumbprint, no snowflakes are exactly the same?

Why?

The answer, according to New York-based writer Mariana Gosnell, is in the way snowflakes form and fall to Earth. The process is detailed in her book Ice: the Nature, the History, and the Uses of an Astonishing Substance.

A snowflake begins to form when water vapor condenses around a speck of dust high in the clouds—up to six miles (ten kilometers) up—and then crystallizes.

How the water vapor keeps on condensing and where the snowflake falls “is what determines the way the snowflake, or snow crystal, looks when it lands on your coat sleeve,” Gosnell said. “It is extremely sensitive to microenvironments.”

Between 27ºF and 32ºF (-2.8ºC and 0ºC), for example, crystals take the form of six-sided plates. Below that, needles form. A few degrees colder yields hollow columns; chillier yet, fernlike stars.

If temperatures drop further, plates and columns form again.

These crystals—usually six-sided because of the way hydrogen atoms bond with oxygen to create water—may eventually sprout branches, which continue to grow as additional water molecules cluster on the crystals’ surfaces.

And say: “All praise be to Allah, Who will soon show you His Signs that you will recognize.” Your Lord is not unaware of what you do. [An-Naml:93)

2012 New Beginning

January 23, 2012

Alhamdulillah, the year 2012 starts well. I am not a class teacher anymore, but I am teaching most of Primary 5J 2011.. 6 Dinawari and 6 Zuhri! *I am teaching Primary 6 this year, dan ia amatlah menakutkan, and exciting as well*

Almost everyday I will enter 6D since I am teaching them Islamic Studies and Art and Craft.

I have a room -share with other subject coordinators. Alhamdulillah, at least I have my friends around me if I am in need. Let’s get busy together, all coordinators!

Me and Acap. He got the 3rd place. Alhamdulillah. =)

The early days of the first month, I got a task to become an Assistant Director for Cross Country of my school. Become an assistant director is not an exciting task since I need to help the Director, and I was like do know what to do since I am really new for Cross Country. Alhamdulillah, it was done successfully, even there’s some of the shortcomings. Already identify them during post mortem.

But wait, it’s not stop over there. I was appointed as the DIRECTOR of Girls Sports Day. Yes! For Primary and Secondary! Ya Allah!!

I just enter the Conference Room when suddenly the CCA DHM announced my name to be the director. Owh, I hate to manage something that I do not expert with, but insyaAllah I will just do it.

Overall, it is a smooth starts for this year. Only 24 credit hours (but still I have lots of things to manage and to think for Islamic Studies Dept). But surely, my days now become so smooth, and I have that time to focus to every students. Yes, every students. May the results of Primary 6 students improves for this year. (Please pray for us.)

When you leave something for the sake of your Lord,
He’ll give you something even better as reward,
So no need to worry…you’ll never be ignored :)

Love them all. Armand, thanks for the pen holder. I put it on my table. I believe you can beat the rest in the exam. Jangan malas!

Alhamdulillah, thanks Allah, let me stay on this path, with lots of loves from people around me. Thanks Allah, Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah.

Post Twins Of Faith Program

December 26, 2011

It is an honour to have such a great opportunity to join this programme. With lots of masya’ikh giving the amazing and enlightening lectures, simple but benefited entertainment and not forgotten the nice and hospitality of the organisers team.

But the most I want to highlight here is about the knowledge that has been shared with us. Such a wonderful, clear, direct yet wisdom shares. Made me think of the time that I had spent. InsyaAllah, slowly bu surely I will strive to fulfil and practice what I have learnt there. Too paramount to be neglected just like that. Start from small and at last it will bring you to the extra miles.

Sheikh Dr Tawfique Chawdhury

- Allah doesn’t hates money, but He hates how people spend the money.

 - 3 victories in Islam that Sheikh has highlighted:

  • The defeat of Qaramithah (Syi’ah) in Makkah.
  • The defeat of the crusaders in Baitul Maqdis – safe by Salahuddin Al-Ayyubi
  • The defeat of Tatar at Baghdad.

- How to become a moderate Ummah?

  • Get knowledge
  • Implement what we have learnt
  • Command the good, forbid the evil
  • Equipped the knowledge and facilitate the action
  • Be of those people who live only for the sake of Allah (SWT)

Sheikh Hussein Yee

- Pure knowledge: What was told by Allah and the Prophet (SAW)

- If you want to know about Sunnah, don’t ask Ahlu Bid’ah.

- People who follow Sunnah are very selective. They will check the hadith first before they do it. Select the courses and the classes that you want to attend.

Sheikh Dr. Bilal Philips

- To become a people of education:

  • Believe that all knowledge comes from Allah (SWT)
  • Knowledge divided into 2: revealed knowledge and acquired knowledge
  • Sacred bonds with teachers and students

- Cultural Islam:

Pakistan: culture: 300 were burnt in a year inPakistan because they followed the tradition of Hindus. (The bride has to give dowry to the groom. If the dowry is low, the bride will be burnt.)

- South Egypt (worship Isis in the past) – culture: widows do not remarried.

- In Malaysia: culture: Tahlil, bersanding and renjis. (bersanding and renjis follows the Hindus tradition. Concept of taking Barakah–> Shirk)

- Berkhatan at the age of 10-12 years old. According to Sunnah: 7 days after a baby born.

-Maulidurrasul: Started by Fatimiyyat, Shi’ah in Egypt. The birth of Prophet Muhammad and Isa are also not authentic date.

-to be continue..
